This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts, with your key performance indicator being net revenue retention and growth exceeding 100%.
• Create account strategies with leading customers that emphasize shared success and customer value, incorporating specific revenue goals and growth milestones for each account.
• Proactively seek out expansion opportunities: negotiate multi-year renewals, implement annual price increases, and pinpoint upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
• Develop and implement a systematic pipeline of annual sales and revenue retention objectives, ensuring consistent forecasting accuracy.
• Conduct quarterly value-oriented reviews and discussions with major customers (business reviews, cadence calls), always entering with an agenda focused on growth rather than just maintaining relationships.
• Support leadership in constructing and maintaining forecasts for retention and new revenue.
• Address customer calls and inquiries promptly and courteously, prioritizing customer experience and resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments that impact customer experience to guarantee our clients receive a top-tier and successful engagement with all of Mitratech's solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape of the company.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2-4 years of sales and/or account management experience, showcasing a proven history of account growth and surpassing retention goals.
• Customer-focused personality with the capability to initiate, develop, and maintain significant business relationships both over the phone and in person.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, cultivate, and finalize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing client base.
• High energy level with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, along with strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills that reflect professionalism in all written, verbal, and in-person interactions.
• Enthusiasm for keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices; eager to continuously embrace new challenges.
• Proficient in all MS Office & Google Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
