This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee customer relationships with a strong emphasis on fostering robust connections, retaining existing revenue, and creating new revenue streams.
• Develop account strategies for key customers that prioritize shared success and deliver customer value.
• Build a solid sales pipeline and achieve annual sales and revenue retention objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of renewals while aiming to grow the base portfolio by negotiating multi-year renewals, implementing annual price increases, and identifying expansion opportunities for collaboration with the sales team to finalize deals.
• Support leadership in creating and maintaining forecasts for retention and new revenue.
• Conduct quarterly value-based reviews and discussions with key customers, including business reviews and cadence calls.
• Address customer calls and inquiries promptly and courteously, focusing on enhancing customer experience and resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments that impact customers to ensure they receive a world-class experience with all of Mitratech’s solutions.
• Stay informed about industry developments and the competitive landscape of the company.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in sales and/or account management.
• A customer-oriented personality with the ability to initiate, build, and maintain meaningful business relationships both over the phone and in person.
• High energy with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities, possessing strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team environment.
• Highly effective communication skills that project professionalism in all written, verbal, and in-person interactions.
• A keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and best practices; eager to embrace new challenges.
• Proficiency in all MS Office and Google Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
