This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of key enterprise accounts in Colombia, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships and commercial strategies.
• Direct and manage the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to negotiating and closing sales, with clear responsibility for revenue outcomes.
• Foster new business development within designated accounts, increasing presence through upselling, cross-selling, and the adoption of new solutions in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
• Work closely with channel partners to collaboratively prospect, qualify, and pursue opportunities, ensuring effective engagement and alignment throughout the sales journey.
• Structure and negotiate intricate commercial agreements, including pricing, terms, and deal configurations, supported by analysis focused on business value and ROI.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions with clients to identify operational challenges, technical needs, and business goals, translating these into customized enterprise solutions.
• Present tailored product demonstrations, proposals, and discussions at the executive level that clearly convey the value of enterprise communication solutions in critical operations.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (pre-sales, services, operations, and leadership) to formulate and implement account and opportunity strategies that drive deal advancement and closure.
• Maintain precise and timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reporting, ensuring transparency and predictability in revenue.
• Promote high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively managing expectations, resolving issues, and enhancing long-term strategic relationships.
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall growth and success of the Colombian enterprise division.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in consultative enterprise technology sales, ideally in Unified Communications, Contact Center, or critical communication solutions.
• Proven experience in managing and closing complex sales cycles, with direct accountability for revenue generation and deal closure.
• A successful track record of managing and achieving a multi-million-dollar sales quota.
• Strong expertise in enterprise account planning and execution, overseeing a defined portfolio of large, strategic clients.
• Familiarity with competitive enterprise communication solutions like Cisco, Avaya, Zoom, Genesys, Nice, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated capability to create and implement business and account plans that facilitate pipeline growth and revenue conversion.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets utilizing a structured, consultative sales methodology.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for effective pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating in a cross-functional and partner-centric environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required; fluency in English is highly desirable.
• Regular travel within Colombia is anticipated.
