This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the primary technical liaison and advocate for designated enterprise clients, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.
• Foster customer growth and adoption by pinpointing and enabling new workloads, integrations, and use cases within the client's ecosystem.
• Proactively oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, monitoring engagement, adoption trends, and expansion opportunities.
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customer solutions, identifying technical or process gaps that impede adoption or efficiency, and promote utilization growth through consultative engagement and actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate regular on-site and virtual interactions with customers, including architecture reviews, enablement sessions, and roadmap discussions (travel may be required up to 25%).
• Collaborate with customer DevOps and application teams to effectively map workloads across Kubernetes, OpenStack, and virtualization platforms.
• Direct technical enablement and lifecycle management, ensuring environments are secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
• Work in tandem with Mirantis Product and Engineering teams to integrate customer feedback into the product lifecycle and influence roadmap decisions.
• Create and uphold customer success and adoption plans, with measurable milestones linked to usage growth and business outcomes.
• Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategy sessions, highlighting the technical value provided and proposing initiatives for next-phase adoption.
• Assist with incident management and escalation processes as a trusted technical liaison, ensuring effective communication and resolution outcomes.
• More than 5 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role (TAM, Solutions Architect, or Consultant).
• Proven track record of enhancing adoption, consumption, or footprint within a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, OpenStack, and virtualization platforms.
• Strong comprehension of application-layer technologies, such as microservices, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Helm, Terraform, GitOps, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Established ability to cultivate and expand relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative skills—confident in leading workshops and influencing customer direction.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including on-site client meetings and strategic sessions across EMEA or globally.
