β’ Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships with Physicians, Administrators, C-suite executives, Pharmacists, Nurses, and others.
β’ Recognize potential avenues for McKesson to provide value to each customer through both unique and routine offerings.
β’ Assist in organizing Therapeutic Interchange meetings (TIC), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and End of Quarter GPO optimization meetings for each customer.
β’ Retain customers by negotiating distribution agreements between practices and McKesson.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for McKesson Provider specialty for each client within their assigned book of business.
β’ Collaborate efficiently with internal teams, including Onmark GPO, Clinical Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Customer Care, Medically Integrated Dispensing, Advisory Services, Finance, Pricing, and Operations.
β’ Manage a book of business effectively to meet annual performance goals, including Gross Profit and Revenue targets.
β’ Proactively promote additional products and services to current customers, ensuring all eligible clients are utilizing our extensive support offerings.
β’ Degree or equivalent qualification.
β’ Typically requires over 2 years of relevant experience.
β’ Preferred experience in sales and/or account management within a professional environment.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Strong business acumen and analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Capability to collaborate with various teams to achieve resolutions and positive outcomes.
β’ Highly organized, accountable, assertive, and results-oriented.
β’ A team player with excellent interpersonal and resource management abilities.
β’ Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
β’ Influential communicator with a focus on active listening and tailoring messages to suit different audiences.
