This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the primary daily contact for designated clients
• Develop robust and trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Comprehend client business goals and convert them into actionable marketing strategies
• Lead client meetings, provide status updates, conduct campaign reviews, and engage in performance discussions
• Identify opportunities proactively to enhance partnerships and increase account value
• Supervise the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels
• Collaborate with internal teams including Media, Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance in accordance with agreed KPIs
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and uphold a high quality standard
• Anticipate potential risks and resolve issues ahead of impacting campaign delivery
• Formulate strategic recommendations based on campaign data, market insights, and business objectives
• Analyze performance patterns and pinpoint opportunities for optimization and growth
• Present insights and suggestions to clients in a clear and persuasive manner
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and industry advancements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
• Aid in the development and mentorship of junior team members
• Promote a collaborative, accountable, and solution-oriented work environment
• Contribute to process enhancements that boost efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in account forecasting, budgeting, and revenue monitoring
• Ensure precise documentation of client requests, project scopes, and campaign plans
• Maintain rigorous operational discipline across all account activities
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at account retention and business growth
• Over 3 years of experience in account management, client services, digital marketing, media, or advertising
• Experience in an agency setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid social, search, programmatic, and mobile advertising
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and produce actionable insights
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing intricate client relationships
• Extensive insight into the digital marketing landscape
• Experience with regional projects across various client sectors
• Work on digital advertising campaigns for large, global brands
• Collaborate with a dynamic team in an agency environment
