This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for managing existing and new customers allocated to you in Germany.
• You should be experienced in collaborating with partners and understand the requirements for successfully closing deals through them, as well as building lasting customer relationships.
• Your role includes creating a sales strategy for potential analysis and maintaining the CRM system.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through targeted advice and strategic planning for their sales success.
• You will be tasked with organizing customer presentations and workshops, as well as representing the company at trade fairs and events.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial contact and qualifying sales projects to processing and finalizing contracts.
• Relevant experience in the sales of IT and software solutions, particularly ITSM, is preferred.
• A self-driven sales professional with several years of experience working alongside partners.
• Practical knowledge in applying sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar approaches is essential.
• Ability to understand challenges and translate them into a comprehensive portfolio of solutions.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented approach with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A confident demeanor, healthy self-esteem, reliability, diligence, technical know-how, and a high degree of self-motivation are required.
• An analytical mindset, strong commitment, and constructive assertiveness are crucial.
• Willingness to work hard and flexibility regarding time commitments are necessary.
• A readiness to travel as needed is expected.
• Proficient command of both German and English is essential.
