This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from identifying prospects and qualifying leads to negotiating and finalizing deals.
• Implement Mastercam’s sales strategies, ensuring compliance with processes and leveraging Salesforce CRM for managing the pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
• Create customized value propositions and competitive positioning to tackle market-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Propel Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through subscription sales and the renewal of maintenance contracts.
• Execute customer retention strategies to guarantee consistent value delivery and high renewal rates.
• Serve as the main contact for key accounts, resolving complex issues and discovering new opportunities.
• Conduct regular assessments of pipeline quality and sales performance to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Remain updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities within the territory.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Channel Managers, and other internal teams to boost revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales or account management experience in a subscription-based or ARR-centric environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and value-based selling methodologies.
• Proven track record of surpassing revenue targets and implementing innovative sales strategies.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365 for managing the pipeline, reporting, and communication.
• Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong.io, HubSpot, Seismic) and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Competent in utilizing AI-driven tools for customer insights, competitive analysis, and proposal generation.
• Ability to motivate and mentor team members while achieving results.
• Strong emphasis on providing value and cultivating lasting relationships.
• Skilled in analyzing sales metrics and market data to formulate actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory 30-50% of the time.
• Must reside in the MI (Detroit or Grand Blanc Area) region.
