This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Serve as the main consultant for our Global Clients' APAC HR and Benefits leadership.
• Promote program awareness and encourage adoption through localized engagement initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for high-priority escalations.
• Quickly mobilize Lyra’s clinical and provider networks during critical situations.
• Lead post-incident evaluations with clients.
• Collaborate with Regional/Country Managers to ensure the provider network aligns with cultural nuances.
• Oversee the renewal process for regional contracts while maintaining 100% client retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional Lyra products.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.
• Experience with large global clients is preferred.
• Familiarity with EAP management or healthcare sales is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English communication is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for tracking client management and retention is a plus.
• A background in Clinical Psychology or Counseling is beneficial, as it enhances understanding of the service nature.
• Experience in financial management of client contracts is crucial.
