This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Serve as the primary liaison and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and face-to-face meetings.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and effective delivery of our solutions based on customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and monitor key account metrics.
• Accountable for maintaining client satisfaction and providing exceptional client service on a daily basis.
• Analyze and monitor customer usage of our product.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients while fostering existing client relationships.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
• A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a product manager, product specialist, sales associate, customer support representative, or in a related area.
• Strong understanding of fintech and technical products.
