This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Overseeing accounts in Finland with a focus on a specific product line.
• Collaborating closely with key departments within the organization.
• Accountable for achieving sales and profit targets as per agreed KPIs.
• Identifying new distribution channels to foster business expansion.
• Meeting annual commercial sales objectives, including revenue, units sold, and average order value.
• Cultivating trustworthy relationships with relevant personnel to comprehend their business requirements.
• Articulating the goals of Skechers effectively.
• Managing the selling process across all product categories and account bases.
• Ensuring the delivery of key offerings through effective selling techniques and meticulous preparation.
• Organizing and conducting regular business reviews with accounts and coordinating with the Leadership team internally.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering results as a Field Account Manager or in a comparable role.
• A genuine enthusiasm for sales and a commitment to achieving outstanding results.
• A results-driven mindset with a determination to surpass targets.
• Proficiency in utilizing data analytically to inform decision-making and create compelling commercial narratives.
• Capability to complete projects on time and in full.
• Skill in crafting persuasive selling narratives through effective negotiation techniques.
• Ability to influence decisions both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of broader business financial principles and commercial awareness.
• Competence in analyzing trends and reporting findings to the line manager.
• Self-reliant and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable in approach with a proactive “can do” attitude.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel, along with experience in Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and collaborate within a multi-functional organization.
• Willingness to travel to stores across Finland as necessary.
• Average of three days per week traveling, with remaining days spent in the showroom or working from home.
