• Oversee a client portfolio, tracking their journey and ensuring a holistic experience with our product and its features.
• Facilitate training sessions and meetings, fostering a trustworthy relationship with clients throughout their engagement.
• Offer solutions that correspond with their goals through a consultative approach, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Mitigate churn by implementing proactive retention and loyalty strategies.
• Assess client performance, analyze data, and suggest enhancements to ensure tangible outcomes.
• Proven experience in account management and client relationship roles within fast-paced environments.
• A genuine interest in technical products, coupled with a readiness to learn in a technology-driven setting.
• Passion for AI concepts and trends, along with a dedication to staying informed on the subject.
• Proficiency in documenting and systematically organizing client data within our systems.
• Ability to capture insights and interpret platform usage and performance metrics, transforming them into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor language for diverse audiences and demonstrate strong persuasive capabilities with clients and stakeholders.
• Capability to train and engage clients with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
