This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Work concurrently with clients from a wide range of industries.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong collaboration.
• Oversee annotation teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor team adherence to discipline and promote a positive corporate culture within the team.
• Track key performance metrics to assess the success of client requests and the team, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Proactively address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by clients and annotators.
• Provide training for annotation teams and supervisors.
• Proficient in both Ukrainian and English (minimum C1 level for spoken and written communication).
• 1-2 years of experience in the tech service industry, preferably in customer success or account management.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts while effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating a team.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
