This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Collaborate concurrently with clients across a wide range of industries.

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients.

• Ensure high client satisfaction and foster strong partnerships.

• Oversee annotation teams to guarantee efficient execution and timely project completion.

• Monitor team adherence to discipline and corporate culture.

• Track essential metrics regarding client requests and team performance.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

• Mediate and resolve issues or concerns between clients and annotators.

• Provide training for annotation teams and their supervisors.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English at least at the C1 level, both spoken and written.

• 2–3 years of experience in the technology service sector, preferably in account or project management.

• Capability to manage multiple accounts and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Demonstrated experience in long-term project planning.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

• Strong leadership qualities with a demonstrated capacity to manage and inspire a team.

• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Mature and responsible demeanor.

• Innovative mindset and adaptability.

• Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in IT outsourcing firms is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI, data labeling, or machine learning projects is a plus.

• A keen interest in advancing in AI and annotation services is a plus.
