This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Engaging prospects and users to identify business opportunities through the development of a customer engagement and development plan (Account Plan).
• Regularly updating the Account Plan and CRM.
• Creating and completing business opportunities.
• Establishing and managing pipeline data and forecasts.
• Engaging relevant functions (Consultants, Delivery, BDM, etc.) and coordinating virtual teams to create specific Value Propositions (offers, projects, etc.).
• Involving necessary functions to finalize orders and contracts (Legal, Admin, etc.).
• Overseeing and monitoring the implementation phases of projects.
• Involving solutions consultants in organizing DEMOs.
• Sharing field-collected information with the marketing team to assist in analyzing the competition.
• Ability to draft a business plan.
• Knowledge of the phases involved in project construction/management.
• Analytical and synthesis skills for data relevant to sales (data-driven approach).
• Proficient in the English language.
• Strong negotiation skills, business and customer orientation, collaboration, and adaptability.
