This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will enthusiastically contribute to formulating a successful sales strategy aimed at expanding our existing client base.
• You will collaborate closely with team members in sales development, product/engineering, and customer success to ensure an exceptional sales experience for both prospects and clients.
• You will be directly accountable for managing a portfolio of assigned customer accounts to optimize expansion opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact for our current customers, driving all renewal and expansion sales initiatives.
• Cultivate new business relationships with existing clients while identifying areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
• Work in tandem with the Customer Success team to ensure our clients remain satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
• Demonstrate the baseline out-of-the-box technology effectively.
• Maintain a high volume of account-based activities, including business/account review meetings, taking a consultative and long-term approach to foster and sustain relationships with customers.
• This role involves identifying new contacts, locations, and opportunities for growth.
• Skillfully present web-based and/or face-to-face demonstrations showcasing the value of Kneat.
• Confidently sell to VP and C-Suite executives while effectively navigating multiple decision-makers within large, complex organizations.
• Consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Navigate the procurement process efficiently and assist customers in closing deals.
• Demonstrate a quick learning ability and hit the ground running with prospecting, discovery sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Daily, track customer details, identify decision-makers, timelines, key interests, and specific qualifications, and accurately enter data into the company's CRM (Hubspot).
• Provide weekly updates to the VP of Sales regarding strategy, progress, and forthcoming closure opportunities.
• Participate in client networking events to build the Kneat network and enhance customer rapport.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Strong background in SaaS/Cloud-based Sales and Account Management.
• Extensive experience in Life Sciences Sales and Account Management.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant B2B SaaS Account Management experience.
• A self-motivated individual who is driven by achieving quotas.
• Proven track record of meeting account management objectives.
• Experience in consultative/value-based selling methodologies.
• Technically proficient and capable of personally demonstrating the application.
• Personable with outstanding written and communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
• Possess a positive, energetic, flexible attitude, and be supportive in a challenging environment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize personal workload effectively.
• Maintain focus and commitment to assigned targets.
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
