This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate closely with team members in sales development, product/engineering, and customer success to ensure a seamless sales experience for both prospects and clients.
• Responsible for managing a designated portfolio of customer accounts to optimize expansion opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact for existing customers, driving all renewal and expansion sales initiatives.
• Cultivate new business opportunities with current clients and pinpoint areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
• Work alongside the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction and engagement with our products and services.
• Demonstrate proficiency in showcasing the foundations of out-of-the-box technology.
• Maintain a high level of account-based activities, such as business/account review meetings, adopting a consultative and long-term approach to foster and sustain relationships with customers.
• This entails identifying new contacts, locations, and opportunities for growth.
• Expertly deliver web-based and/or in-person presentations highlighting the value of Kneat.
• Effectively sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision-makers in large, complex organizations.
• Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Navigate the procurement process adeptly, assisting customers in closing deals.
• Quickly learn and adapt to prospecting, discovery, and demonstration tasks.
• Daily, track customer information—identifying decision-makers, timelines, key interests, and specific qualifications, while accurately entering data into the company's CRM (HubSpot).
• Provide weekly updates to the VP of Sales regarding strategy, progress, and potential closure opportunities.
• Participate in client networking events to enhance the Kneat network and strengthen customer relationships.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Solid background in SaaS/cloud-based Sales and Account Management.
• Strong experience in Life Sciences Sales and Account Management.
• Over 5 years of relevant B2B SaaS Account Management experience.
• A self-motivated individual driven by achieving quotas.
• Proven track record of success in meeting Account Management objectives.
• Experience in consultative/value-based selling methodologies.
• Technically adept, with the ability to personally demonstrate the Kneat Gx application.
• Personable, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
• Positive, energetic, flexible, self-driven, and supportive in a challenging environment.
• Capable of organizing and prioritizing personal workload effectively.
• Committed to assigned targets with a strong focus.
• Willingness to travel if required.
