This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market customer accounts spanning various sectors, including fitness, coworking, commercial real estate, and education.
• Foster robust customer relationships through proactive communication, strategic business evaluations, and operational assistance.
• Enhance customer retention and ensure successful renewals while proactively identifying risks and collaborating internally on mitigation strategies.
• Recognize and secure expansion opportunities, which may include additional doors, locations, software licenses, integrations, visitor management, and camera solutions.
• Work closely with Billing Support and Technical Support to guarantee efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Keep precise records of account activity, health status, renewal tracking, and opportunity management in HubSpot and Chargebee.
• Collaborate with Product and Partnerships teams to convey customer feedback and spot growth opportunities.
• Assist in onboarding coordination and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer adoption for improved long-term account health.
• Achieve and surpass monthly targets for expansion and retention.
• Contribute to the refinement of internal processes, documentation, and customer success workflows as the Account Management function scales up.
• 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, SaaS Sales, or a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in managing customer relationships, renewals, or growth opportunities.
• Comfortable in a dynamic startup or high-growth setting.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple customer accounts concurrently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience in SaaS, physical security, proptech, coworking, or fitness technology sectors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with subscription-based software or recurring revenue business models is highly desirable.
• Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish or French is highly desirable.
