This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Supervise facility operations across various contracts.
• Oversee comprehensive facilities management delivery at multiple sites.
• Develop impactful relationships with stakeholders ranging from site level to executive management.
• Foster strong client relationships and conduct quarterly business evaluations.
• Coordinate complete facilities services, including mechanical and electrical maintenance, cleaning, and pest control.
• Ensure that services surpass KPIs and SLAs while promoting continuous improvement.
• Recruit skilled professionals and offer coaching and development opportunities.
• Generate insightful monthly reports, strategically manage variances, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable management role.
• In-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and building automation systems (BMS).
• Demonstrated experience in managing C-level stakeholders.
• Financial expertise, including budget management and P&L accountability.
• Project management experience across various service streams.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and facilities technologies.
• Familiarity with banking operations and regulatory environments.
