This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships within the current client portfolio
• Drive growth opportunities and facilitate contract renewals
• Reduce client attrition by ensuring clients derive value from the platform
• Actively engage clients to uncover risks and resolve concerns
• Balance revenue enhancement with client satisfaction through proactive outreach and problem-solving
• Conduct outbound calls and initiatives to create additional sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team on larger or strategic initiatives
• Review, assess, and manage service contract renewals
• Keep precise records in the CRM system
• Assist with billing coordination as required and ensure effective account lifecycle management
• Work closely with support and operations teams to enhance client outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
• 1 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles
• Strong grasp of sales principles and customer lifecycle management
• Outstanding communication, listening, and negotiation abilities
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to make prompt decisions and take responsibility for results
• Experience utilizing AI tools for research, communication, and sales preparation
• Capability to leverage AI for drafting outreach, summarizing client data, and enhancing efficiency
• Strong judgment to assess AI-generated outputs prior to client engagement.
• Experience selling software solutions, especially ERP systems (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with service-oriented industries such as HVAC, plumbing, or construction (Nice to Have)
• Background in account expansion, renewals, or inside sales (Nice to Have)
• Experience in a recurring revenue or SaaS environment (Nice to Have)
