This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships within the meat processing sector in France, particularly in Brittany.
• Propel sales of standalone equipment and comprehensive primary processing systems.
• Assess customer requirements and convert them into effective, value-oriented processing solutions.
• Oversee the sales process from prospecting and opportunity cultivation to quotation, negotiation, and project transfer.
• Collaborate closely with Product Specialists and Sales Engineers to create technical and commercial proposals.
• Assist in the efficient implementation and delivery of purchased solutions.
• Ensure an exceptional level of customer experience and satisfaction throughout every phase of the sales cycle.
• Contribute to strategic account management and annual sales strategies for the region.
• Maintain a precise CRM pipeline and proactively handle opportunities.
• Engage in exhibitions, customer demonstrations, and industry-related events.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor actions, and customer developments to uncover future business prospects.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial discipline, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, account management, or solution selling.
• Experience in food processing, meat processing, or industrial equipment is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Capability to comprehend technical processing solutions and convey them into customer benefits.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-driven individual.
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with international teams.
• Proficient in both spoken and written French and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently within France and occasionally abroad (around 50%).
