This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, driving growth, and managing renewals.
• Acquire new business and increase revenue from current clients.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Provide accurate forecasts for your designated territory.
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Initiate proactive conversations to uncover new opportunities in existing accounts, ensuring key stakeholders recognize Introhive’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to devise account plans and strategies that foster revenue growth and expand market share within these accounts.
• Strive to exceed expectations in every interaction, significantly contributing to Introhive’s reputation as we scale and adapt our offerings to meet the needs of the Legal sector.
• Deliver presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations as necessary.
• Generate client opportunities independently.
• Act as the customer advocate and liaison to the product team and other cross-functional teams.
• Conduct research on customers to identify potential new business and opportunities.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to monitor and manage all relevant information related to leads and opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product features.
• Attain in-depth mastery of the Introhive platform.
• Travel required for customer meetings and attendance at industry events.
• At least 7 years of experience in a successful SaaS sales role.
• Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively across the broader sales organization to secure deals.
• Proven track record in cross-selling, upselling, renewing, and expanding within a SaaS territory.
• Experience in SaaS B2B sales.
• Formal training in sales methodologies (SPICED, MEDDPPIC).
• Experience working with partners and building a pipeline from existing contacts and relationships in the territory.
• A strong passion for business development, marketing, and relationship-building.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to achieving results.
• Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
