• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of current products.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success within the SaaS, ERP, or CAD/CAM sectors.
• Strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing quotas through upselling and cross-selling.
• Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and managing license models.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and forecasting tools (such as Hubspot, Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.).
• A solid understanding of the manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork industries is advantageous.
