This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Manage and enhance a portfolio of current clients utilizing our full range of products.
• Cultivate customer relationships, increase product utilization, drive renewals, and pinpoint opportunities for delivering added value.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to optimize customer results, minimize churn risk, and facilitate long-term account development.
• Generate upsell opportunities through license expansions, additional modules, feature engagement, and service improvements.
• Recognize and pursue cross-sell opportunities by presenting complementary products and solutions.
• Create and uphold strategic account plans that align INNERGY solutions with customer priorities.
• Grasp customer business objectives, operational hurdles, and avenues for growth.
• Over 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success within SaaS, ERP, or CAD/CAM sectors.
• Strong business insight, capable of understanding and aligning with a customer’s strategic objectives by utilizing financial reports and market insights.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing quotas through upselling and cross-selling efforts.
• Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and managing license models.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with sales, support, product, and success teams.
• Ability to discuss technical workflows and solutions with customer stakeholders in operations or production.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and forecasting tools (Hubspot, Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.).
• A strong understanding of the manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork industries is advantageous.
