This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Achieve and surpass targets for bookings, revenue, and gross margin, while meeting forecasts.
• Drive sales directly and through distribution channels for Precision Fastening Tools and Software solutions, including providing demonstrations and technical support to end-users.
• Conduct proactive field visits, demonstrations, and manage sales opportunities effectively.
• Identify and cultivate new specialized distributors and direct customers within target vertical markets.
• Offer commercial, technical, and application support to distributors and key end users.
• Act as the primary point of contact for direct customers, distributors, and internal teams, addressing specific inquiries from various stakeholders.
• Optimize coverage of the territory.
• Manage daily business operations efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report on business trends, product suitability, and customer requirements.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record in a commercial role related to industrial products.
• A preferred degree in a Technical or Business-related field.
• Experience and knowledge of power tools, along with proficiency in software/hardware applications and solutions, is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Strong team player skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in both spoken and written local language (Italian) and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized in managing time, territory, and related administrative tasks.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work the required hours to effectively meet job duties.
• Skilled in recognizing opportunities, asking insightful questions, and understanding customers’ needs beyond standard products and solutions.
