This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for managing and enhancing strategic partnerships through channel partners.
• Propel revenue growth by uncovering opportunities in key staple and growth markets across various segments.
• Strive to meet and surpass sales objectives, consistently reporting on progress and essential performance indicators.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in partnership with the sales and leadership teams.
• Create and present product demonstrations, sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
• Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
• Formulate strategic market and account plans that delineate key initiatives, sales objectives, and action items for each critical client.
• Develop and facilitate distributor objectives, pipeline, KPIs, and programs to achieve shared benefits and fulfill growth targets.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Address any challenges or issues that may arise during business operations and work with internal teams to resolve them.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the consumer care and distribution sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing B2B accounts and driving sales growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, business, or a related discipline. Relevant professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other pertinent tools.
• Familiarity with the chemical industry, including products, regulations, and market dynamics, is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and participate in industry events.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret customer data and trends.
