This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Oversee and expand the assigned Culinary and Pet Food accounts within the designated region.
• Market IFF’s range of ingredients, which includes hydrocolloids, proteins, emulsifiers, and stabilizers.
• Achieve sales revenue and gross profit objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and projects.
• Formulate and implement both short- and long-term commercial strategies.
• Manage the complete selling process from initial opportunity to successful launch.
• Act as a reliable partner, providing exceptional customer service.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, R&D, Applications, Operations, Finance, and Product teams.
• Offer forecast insights and keep opportunity updates current in Salesforce.
• Multiple years of experience in sales and/or account management.
• Experience in ingredient sales, preferably in the Pet Food or Culinary sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of hydrocolloids, proteins, emulsifiers, and/or stabilizers.
• Demonstrated success in account development and strategy implementation.
• Strong business acumen and commercial insight.
• Capability to operate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
