This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Reach out to clients who have missed payments or have non-sufficient funds to secure payment.
• Clarify the implications of halted payments.
• Manage distressed or high-risk clients by actively listening and diffusing tension.
• Conduct follow-ups via phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Review CRM notes to gain insights into each client’s circumstances.
• Utilize provided scripts while maintaining a natural and confident tone.
• Collaborate with internal teams when clients voice concerns.
• Prior sales experience is advantageous.
• Background in handling challenging clients is beneficial, though not mandatory.
