This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of essential client accounts, ensuring their long-term retention and satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
• Recognize and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance account value.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) to achieve client objectives.
• Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to enhance client retention.
• Monitor account performance, revenue growth, and engagement metrics.
• Ensure all client interactions and account information are accurately logged in CRM systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in upselling and revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in SaaS, marketing, or B2B services is highly advantageous.
