This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• You will assume complete responsibility for the commercial cycle, concentrating on our most valuable accounts and expanding our strategic portfolio.
• Proactive Growth: Secure new Tier-1 clients.
• Strategic Scaling: Your objective is to enhance turnover and profit margins through Upselling and Cross-selling strategies.
• Elite Qualification: Focus on identifying the most critical business needs, ensuring the recruitment team's efforts are directed where the return on investment is maximized.
• Contractual Mastery: Lead the negotiation and management of Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Business Interface: Work in conjunction with Business Managers to guarantee that candidate pipelines align seamlessly with client financial expectations and technical specifications.
• Data-Driven Execution: Leverage our tools to track conversion rates and refine your sales funnel.
• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within IT Outsourcing / Consulting.
• Proven Network: We appreciate professionals who have a robust background of established market relationships.
• Business Acumen: Capability to manage intricate accounts and recognize Year-over-Year (YoY) growth opportunities.
• Autonomy: A self-motivated individual who does not require daily guidance to pursue the next significant deal.
• Communication: Proficiency in English is essential (International client base).
• New Client Premiums: Direct bonuses for acquiring new accounts (PT & International).
