This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly sales objectives for the Hugel Aesthetics product line.
• Develop and implement a structured territory plan for WA North to enhance existing accounts and discover new opportunities.
• Identify, establish, and convert new accounts with potential for repeat orders.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clinic owners, physicians, nurses, injectors, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular in-person customer meetings, targeting four face-to-face calls per day.
• Provide approved product presentations while identifying customer needs, competitor usage, and obstacles to switching brands.
• Collaborate closely with clinical trainers and internal teams to facilitate customer education and conversion efforts.
• Maintain precise CRM records, conduct monthly forecasts, and ensure pipeline visibility.
• Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance standards.
• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, skincare, or beauty sectors.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with healthcare professionals, clinic owners, and key commercial decision-makers.
• Proficient in territory planning, new business development, and account expansion.
• Comfortable engaging in commercial discussions regarding pricing, value, and return on investment (ROI).
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined in CRM and reporting processes.
• Resilient, proactive, and capable of working independently across a geographically extensive territory.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout WA North.
