This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Responsible for all commercial activities, ranging from business development and tenders to partner training and after-sales coordination.
• Drive sales and establish long-term customer relationships within the hotel and restaurant sector, real estate development, and institutional markets.
• Manage key distributors and collaborative partners.
• Oversee and enhance the existing customer portfolio, including service and maintenance.
• Maintain contact with end customers (hotels, restaurants, care and welfare services, laundries, and municipalities).
• Ensure effective channel management and collaboration with resellers, architects, and service partners.
• Plan and execute sales activities in alignment with the company's objectives.
• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy in the Swedish market.
• Monitor agreements and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with technicians, service partners, and colleagues in the Nordics.
• Experience in B2B solution sales, preferably within machinery, technical equipment, or hotel and restaurant-related industries.
• Ability to work independently and plan your own daily activities.
• Strong communication skills in a Nordic language as well as proficiency in English.
• Results-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious.
• High integrity and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Enjoy traveling and meeting customers nationwide.
• Effective communicator in both Swedish and English.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.
