Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs concerning your designated portfolio of clients.

• Evaluate and analyze renewal requests to ensure adherence to underwriting standards, offering support when necessary.

• Collaborate with Account Associates to guarantee that tasks associated with assigned accounts, such as binding coverage, invoicing, and premium collection, are executed correctly.

• Prioritize client retention by working in tandem with the Sales Consultant to maintain a high retention rate.

• Handle customer inquiries and correspondence for assigned clients, providing support for the team as required.

• Keep updated on changes in rates, forms, and coverage, and gain an understanding of the company's submission and proposal processes for policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree.

• Required Property & Casualty insurance license.

• Over 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management.

• Proficient in Applied Systems, electronic signature platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and similar tools.
