This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and surpass monthly and quarterly ARR objectives by promoting the adoption of essential add-on products such as Dynamic Pricing, Smart Locks, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Insurance.
• Work collaboratively with regional Customer Success Managers (CSMs) for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients to uncover expansion opportunities within their accounts.
• Serve as the commercial authority, guiding the sales process for add-ons and upsells identified by the Customer Success team.
• Maintain a trustworthy and precise forecast and pipeline using Salesforce.
• Handle a significant number of opportunities simultaneously, ensuring clear next steps and closing dates are established.
• Implement focused outbound campaigns, making a high volume of calls, sending emails, and conducting demos daily to a global base of existing customers to create new expansion pipelines.
• Lead discovery sessions, product presentations, and commercial negotiations, skillfully addressing objections to successfully close deals.
• Oversee the commercial facets of the customer relationship post-sale.
• Design and execute targeted business strategies for your portfolio, managing the entire sales process from initial scoping to contract completion with operational precision.
• Act as an essential feedback conduit to the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, relaying insights from customer interactions to shape product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying, closing role within the SaaS sector, such as Account Management or Inside Sales.
• A validated and consistent record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets (ARR/NRR).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a substantial volume of opportunities and outbound activities in a systematic way.
• A growth-oriented mindset that enables navigation through a rapidly changing tech landscape, showing flexibility when faced with new challenges and opportunities.
• Strong expertise in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.
• A self-motivated, proactive attitude, thriving in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
• Experience with SaaS contracts, co-terming, and renewal management.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with the short-term rental or travel tech industry, including an understanding of Property Management Software (PMS) and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), is a valuable asset.
