This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with incoming leads to deliver compliant information while connecting empathetically to understand each homeowner's situation.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the investment journey—providing status updates, answering inquiries, and requesting documentation—while handling a high volume of daily calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams (processors, underwriters, etc.) to ensure efficient processes for homeowners.
• Manage your pipeline using Salesforce and Hometap's proprietary Hub, keeping applications updated and communicating the next steps to homeowners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in Hometap's home equity investment (HEI) product and unique sales strategy, actively engaging in training and ongoing coaching.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and work with colleagues across originations, marketing, and legal to address inquiries and enhance the homeowner experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in a quota-carrying sales role with proven closing experience.
• Experience overseeing a complete sales cycle from initial outreach to contract/agreement execution.
• A history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency to master internal tools; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong ethical judgment and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to obtain NMLS licensing (Hometap will sponsor); active NMLS licensing is preferred.
