This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of over 20 active client accounts throughout the US, focusing mainly on startups, founder-led enterprises, and growth-stage organizations.

• Conduct monthly client meetings: setting agendas, facilitating discussions, documenting action items, identifying future needs, and ensuring follow-through.

• Maintain account health by proactively monitoring engagement levels and detecting risk signals before they develop into churn.

• Identify opportunities for expansion by recognizing when a client is poised for growth and initiating relevant discussions.

• Collaborate with the recruiting team on current placements, serving as the client's primary point of accountability.

• Ensure data hygiene by keeping account information, notes, and next steps accurate and up-to-date at all times.

• Manage escalations by determining when leadership involvement is necessary and escalating issues clearly and promptly, while also taking full ownership of your accounts to make optimal decisions for both the client and Hireframe.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, client success, or a client-facing role where you had end-to-end ownership of client relationships.

• Background in a startup or high-growth setting, with the capacity to thrive alongside founders, small teams, and rapidly changing processes.

• Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, coupled with the confidence to effectively engage with US-based clients.

• Availability to work during US business hours and coordinate schedules according to client requirements.

• Highly coachable with a growth-oriented attitude, eager to ask questions, accept feedback, and quickly implement improvements.

• Strong goal-oriented approach, capable of tracking performance, taking responsibility for retention and expansion metrics, and being accountable for outcomes.

• Proven proactive communication skills, regularly providing updates and addressing concerns before being prompted.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing a large client base in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or attention to detail.

• **Nice to have:**

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or professional services.

• Previous exposure to US-based startup culture and its expectations.

• Experience managing or coordinating with offshore teams.
