This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Facilitate and lead the onboarding process for new customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated customers.
• Cultivate strong relationships within each customer's organization.
• Provide guidance on best practices and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Inform customers about new features, enhancements, and pertinent updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintain a structured success plan post-implementation.
• Take ownership of customer health, readiness for renewal, and identification of churn risks.
• Recognize expansion opportunities and assist customers in developing business cases.
• Address challenging customer situations with a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create case studies and customer success narratives.
• Over 4 years of experience in managing customer accounts within a B2B SaaS context.
• Preferred experience in retail, particularly in store operations or headquarters settings.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, listening, and writing abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in Italian/English is preferred; Spanish, French, or German is an advantage.
• Excellent relationship-building and collaborative skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in utilizing customer data and reporting.
• Proficient project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in supporting customer onboarding and knowledge of implementation processes.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferred fluency in AI concepts.
