This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• You will oversee and enhance a portfolio of clients within the healthcare industry, which includes hospitals, medical clinics, and dental clinics.
• Manage and nurture current accounts while also seeking new client opportunities.
• Identify business prospects and growth opportunities within key accounts.
• Create and execute commercial and account development strategies.
• Negotiate proposals, tenders, and commercial contracts.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments.
• Analyze commercial data to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Maintain and update commercial activities in the CRM system.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in comparable commercial positions.
• Proven experience in account management and development.
• Familiarity with the healthcare and/or dental sectors is preferred.
• Experience in selling medical devices or clinical supplies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems is essential.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and a results-driven approach.
• Experience in managing key accounts and navigating complex sales processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel within Portugal.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A base salary of €30,000 gross annually, along with an annual bonus of up to €15,000.
• A company car and travel allowance/per diems.
