This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Drive sales, enhance, and promote Neogard’s high-performance Waterproofing, Roofing, and Flooring solutions throughout the designated territory.
• Manage and foster relationships with contractors, architects, owners, engineers, and key decision-makers.
• Support existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM to organize and track daily sales activities, follow-ups, and project advancement.
• Offer technical expertise, sales proficiency, and field support.
• Establish direct communication with owners, architects, engineers, and design professionals.
• Nurture a collaborative partnership with independent representatives, distributors, and contractors.
• Actively contribute to trade organizations, exhibitions, and committees.
• Present to prospective clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing major projects.
• Development of key accounts.
• Creation of solution specifications.
• Selling products to influential decision-makers.
• Strong skills in negotiation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in construction materials.
• Proficient in English.
• Preference for candidates residing in Mexico City or Guadalajara.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Solid understanding of Polymeric Technology.
• Familiarity with Neogard products, processes, and sales methodologies.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with investors and contractors.
• Experience in value-based selling and relationship-building with Key Accounts.
• Organized, independent, and proactive in work approach.
• Experience using CRM systems or similar platforms.
