This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Account Manager (AM) will oversee the coordination and management of plan implementation for new clients, in addition to addressing account issues for existing clients.
• Facilitate the implementation of new groups and provide comprehensive servicing for account matters concerning existing clients and brokers.
• Lead benefit meetings, create educational materials, and resolve claims and service issues.
• Liaise with internal staff regarding any modifications to plan designs, renewal updates, or other pertinent information to ensure seamless operations for each client.
• Generate all materials required for employees and employers.
• Compile reports as requested by employers and brokers.
• Support clients and brokers in analyzing reports.
• Inform and assist clients and brokers with compliance and reporting obligations concerning benefit plans and federal mandates.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of experience in client services, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with effective follow-through.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Comprehends system interactions and upholds confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
