This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• This role involves providing on-site or territorial support for a designated account.
• Responsible for maintaining membership, delivering services, and expanding the account.
• Tasked with executing an ongoing service strategy and ensuring client satisfaction, including resolving issues.
• Responsible for organizing and implementing healthcare-related activities for clients, which includes training and enrollment sessions.
• Maintain a database to report on activities and may develop and analyze various reports.
• This position requires 50% travel within the assigned territory.
• A Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare products while managing independent work, or 6 years of experience in healthcare operations managing independent work.
• Must hold a current state general agent insurance license or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of starting the role.
• Strong organizational and project implementation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customer representatives, clients, brokers, and internal departments.
• Familiarity with health insurance products and the industry.
• Proficient in PC applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop and analyze reports.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays as required.
