• Aggressive Revenue Growth & Upselling: Surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives by identifying "white space" opportunities. You will be expected to proactively cross-sell Hanna’s complete range of solutions to maximize overall wallet share.
• Data-Driven Account Strategy: Execute high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that demonstrate ROI and establish business cases for increased adoption. Actively detect at-risk accounts and implement recovery strategies to prevent churn before it occurs.
• Full-Cycle Retention & Negotiation: Manage the entire contract renewal process. Facilitate critical pricing negotiations and finalize multi-year agreements that safeguard and enhance profit margins.
• Executive Presence & Access: Navigate intricate organizational frameworks to cultivate relationships with C-suite executives, earning a consultative "seat at the table" through high-level business insights.
• Operational Discipline: Sustain a thorough sales pipeline in HubSpot. We anticipate a disciplined approach to data; precise forecasting and detailed activity tracking are essential to your business operations.
• Market Intelligence & Defense: Keep track of competitor strategies and industry trends to uphold Hanna’s market position. Serve as a consultative authority, utilizing market knowledge to offer unmatched solutions.
• Proven Sales Dominance: 5-7 years of experience in a sales or account management role with a proven history of surpassing revenue goals.
• MUST BE IN CALIFORNIA
• High-Level Business Acumen: Strong proficiency in financial metrics, including ARR, gross margins, and ROI analysis. You should be comfortable engaging with a CFO or VP of Operations.
• Executive-Level Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities. You are a convincing negotiator capable of handling significant executive-level discussions.
• CRM Mastery: Advanced skills in HubSpot or a similar CRM. If your pipeline management is not consistently disciplined and current, this role may not be suitable for you.
• Strategic Industry Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required. Experience in language services, healthcare, or government sales is a strong differentiator.
