This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Accomplish each client's marketing goals through tailored branded merchandise solutions.
• Guarantee timely and budget-conscious delivery of solutions.
• Take ownership of the client experience.
• Hold revenue responsibility for a portfolio of accounts, achieving targeted revenue growth and margins.
• Enhance existing account revenue by leveraging HALO's exceptional capabilities.
• Create innovative and precise quotes and presentations featuring creative product ideas.
• Manage client expectations through effective communication regarding project changes, order timelines, and status updates with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Compile reports to monitor open orders and billing progress.
• 3+ years of experience in a project management capacity.
• 5+ years of experience in sales support.
• Familiarity with international manufacturing compliance standards and product safety testing procedures.
• Experience collaborating with global manufacturers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Skilled in ERP systems.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
