This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement and execute sales initiatives that aid in achieving targeted revenue growth objectives for client accounts.
• Oversee multiple projects with diverse clients, timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical challenges.
• Educate clients on the company's order and approval processes, quality standards, and production timelines.
• Create innovative and precise quotes and presentations utilizing creative product ideas to enhance the client's branding strategy and marketing objectives.
• Comprehend industry-specific manufacturing, production, and decoration techniques.
• Employ resourceful sourcing and quoting methods, balancing the needs of the client with those of the company.
• Communicate changes in projects, order timelines, and status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery while effectively managing and meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate proactively with internal departments and operational resources to encompass all facets of project scope and make adjustments as necessary.
• Leverage internal teams, including Creative, Import, Compliance, and HALO resources, to enhance project value for clients.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with clients, internal resources, and vendors.
• Keep accurate and current records of quotes, orders, and art proofs.
• Generate reports to monitor open orders and billing progress.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate marketing, related agency, or project management position.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of business mathematics.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills and the capacity to deliver under deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
• Strong work ethic supporting independent work with minimal supervision, as well as effective collaboration in a dynamic team environment.
• Capability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and sound judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service.
• Inquisitive, adaptable, and possessing a positive "can do" attitude.
• Ability to effectively give, receive, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Willingness to actively seek information, training, and resources for ongoing professional development essential for success in this role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems.
