• Driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by proactively identifying and securing opportunities for expansion, while collaborating with your team to carry out successful contract renewals with our strategic accounts.
• Leading commercial dialogues, including contract negotiations and comprehensive discussions regarding billing and pricing structures with C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Developing relationships with key business and technical leaders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
• Advocating for the customer by working with internal teams (Product, Development, Marketing) to ensure alignment and gathering product feedback to enhance the Beefree SDK.
• Demonstrating an understanding of the Beefree SDK to align its capabilities with customer workflows and integrated applications to maximize value realization.
• 2-3 years of experience in a technical capacity such as solutions engineer, technical consultant, or technical account manager.
• Proven experience in negotiating commercial contracts and discussing billing matters with C-level executives.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conversational knowledge of web technologies like HTML/CSS/JS, API, and SDK.
• Established ability to foster strong relationships with customers and comprehend their technical requirements.
• Experience in providing technical support and resolving issues promptly.
• Capability to build a web app, or prior experience with email builders or similar software, is a plus.
