• Assist in creating campaign briefs to ensure that objectives and strategies are clear, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement integrated campaigns.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, fostering trust and solid working relationships with daily client stakeholders.
• Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s business, industry landscape, and competitive environment.
• Keep open lines of communication with client stakeholders and proactively manage their expectations.
• Aid in the analysis of campaign results to ensure programs achieve expected outcomes and fulfill client objectives.
• Assist in managing budgets and workflow to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and within scope.
• Offer administrative support to the account management team, including the preparation of meeting materials, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
• Adapt swiftly to changing priorities and environmental shifts while upholding quality and performance standards.
• 4+ years of agency experience with a solid understanding of finance or government clients.
• Proven track record in managing B2B marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced agency environments.
• Exceptional client management skills, with confidence in both verbal and written communication.
• Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of account financial management and revenue growth.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns with precision and accountability.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with paid media, strategy, and creative teams.
