This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts as the main point of contact.

• Establish and nurture robust long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention.

• Act as a trusted advisor regarding global payroll, EOR, and HR technology solutions.

• Represent the voice of the customer within internal product and operations teams.

• Discover and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Proactively manage account retention and mitigate churn risk.

• Create and implement structured account plans utilizing standardized playbooks.

• Assist in renewal discussions and ensure commercial continuity.

• Comprehend client workforce and business requirements.

• Propose customized solutions across payroll, compliance, and EOR services.

• Ensure clients are deriving maximum value from the Globalli platform.

• Facilitate onboarding continuity and product adoption as necessary.

• Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction metrics.

• Keep precise CRM records (HubSpot or similar).

• Conduct regular business reviews with clients.

• Provide insights regarding risks, trends, and potential expansion opportunities.

• Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Support, and Sales teams.

• Coordinate the resolution of client issues and escalations.

• Relay client feedback to enhance product and service quality.

• Assist with client training and platform adoption.

• Support workflow optimization and best practices.

• Resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services.

• Background in SaaS, HCM, payroll, EOR, PEO, or HR technology is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding B2B client relationships.

• Excellent relationship management and client communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple accounts in a dynamic environment.

• Commercial insight with an emphasis on retention and growth.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive ownership approach.

• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

• Familiarity with payroll, global employment, or HR technology platforms is advantageous.

• Comfortable handling account data and reporting metrics.
