Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute promotional plans and initiatives for pharmaceutical products.

• Deliver customer service and share product-related information with healthcare professionals.

• Aid healthcare professionals in the proper application of the company's pharmaceutical offerings.

• Gather and report clinical usage data and hospital requirements concerning medications.

• Carry out scientific and academic promotional activities in a lawful and compliant manner, which includes engaging with healthcare and pharmacy personnel, organizing and partaking in academic exchange meetings, hosting academic conferences and lectures, and communicating through online platforms or teleconferences.

• Implement and finalize pharmaceutical product promotion plans and programs within the relevant regulatory frameworks and budgetary limits.

• Foster two-way communication between the market and the company while establishing the brand image of the company and its products.

• Assist in tendering, pricing strategies, and reimbursement-related business endeavors.

• Execute promotional plans and strategies in alignment with the company's overarching policies.

• Establish and sustain commercial networks and client relationships.

• Assist the direct manager in gathering necessary promotional information.

• Undertake other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of five years' experience in pharmaceutical promotion.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Commercially savvy with a customer-first approach, focused on results.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
