This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Work closely with the internal team to guarantee the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Offer guidance and support to team members to help them excel in their roles.
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high performance and fulfill campaign goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, discussing campaign objectives, performance metrics, and strategic adjustments.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with various departments to design and implement marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that all campaign components align with client goals and objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign success using analytics tools.
• Provide clients with regular updates regarding campaign progress and outcomes.
• Resolve any challenges that arise during campaigns and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Oversee campaign budgets to ensure the effective use of resources and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in account management or a comparable role within a marketing agency.
• A strong understanding of the marketing industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM and project management software.
