This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify avenues for growth and enhancement of standard accounts, motivating retailers to implement changes that boost their performance and revenue.

• Ensure retailers provide high-quality products and adhere to the selling terms and conditions on Fruugo.

• Minimize attrition rates of standard accounts by collaborating with other departments to maintain a low removal rate.

• Pinpoint retailers with elevated cancellation rates and collaborate with them to address underlying issues.

• Maintain Fruugo CRM records for Standard Accounts in Monday.com, ensuring proper contact management for all other retailer accounts.

• Conduct account evaluations for newly launched retailers and serve as the primary point of contact for these retailers thereafter.

• Address incoming retailer inquiries for standard accounts and manage any issues related to standard accounts that are escalated from other departments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong business acumen or experience in B2B and/or Account Management roles.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to a diverse array of stakeholders.

• Highly driven, capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects and communication channels simultaneously.

• Proven analytical and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to manage intricate client relationships and cultivate strong working partnerships with clients.
